** HOW TO ORDER**
1. Select your color from the drop-down menus.
2. In the personalization field, specify the coach's name and any other details.
3. Collect & send signatures:
OPTION 1: Have the team members sign a clean white paper with a sharpie (or thick pen). Don’t worry about size or placement. I can edit all of this afterwards. If a player makes a mistake, simply cross it off and redo it.
Send a high-resolution SCAN (no cell phone photos or individual signatures please) to etchedmarket [!at] gmail.com. I prefer JPEG, PNG, or PDF files.
OPTION 2: We can send a link to collect signatures digitally. Once you place your order, we will send you a link that you can forward to the teammates to sign using their touch screen, mouse, etc. The signatures will be sent directly to us, so you do not need to worry about it.
5. Once you have purchased the listing and I have received the signatures, I will send a proof of your design for approval. Please check your Etsy conversations within 24 hours.

1. How long do your products keep beverages ice cold?
We use high quality stainless steel with an extra layer of copper insulation that is vacuum insulated to make sure that your favorite beverage stays ice cold up to 24 hours!
2. Will they also keep my beverages hot?
For Sure! The same technology that keeps your beverages ice cold also keeps your hot drinks hot for hours. Our tumblers also come standard with a splash proof lid that helps maximize heat retention.
3. Why are your products powder coated instead of painted like others?
Powder coating is not only much more environmentally friendly, but is also much more durable and less likely to scratch or chip.
5. Can I put them in the dishwasher?
To keep your SIC products looking their best, we recommend hand washing them.
6. Can we get our business logo on your products?
Absolutely! I would be more than happy to provide you with a quote for your business or event.
7. Do these products sweat?
No. Due to the vacuum technology, you can feel confident that you can sit your products on your favorite furniture without the need for coasters.
8. Are your products leak / spill proof?
Our 27oz bottles are 100% leak proof. Our tumblers have a splash proof slide lid, but are not leak proof.
